Exercises Overview

Please read: The required warning about being sensible and careful.

  1. Check with as many certified people like doctors that the GLG programs are good guides to exercising and better health. Our opinion is we are doing good things. We cannot decide that for you.
  2. Please build up to the level you wish to achieve. After all, you will be working out several times a week (if possible) but certainly for many years. The older you start the more time is required. Keep up exercising from a young age.
  3. Again, our exercises and programs are just guides, you make the final decision for your best interests.
