What makes you average
People who are not average golfers: 1. Only important is the score and 2. Pros with physical capabilities beyond - way beyond - average.
These people just think different from the average golfers and what applies to them has no meaning to you.
Average golfers do these things:
- Don't keep score most of the time,
- Play public golf courses,
- Rarely hit three good shots in a row,
- Play with worn out grips,
- Play any golf ball they buy or find,
- Not in the best physical condition,
- Keep their clubs in their car,
- Rarely break 100 if an honest score is kept,
- Move the golf ball to sit on real grass on most shots,
- Will move a ball so a tree is not in the way.
- You get the idea.
Average Golfer Home
You are an average golfer. That makes you normal.
Most likely your muscles, at least the ones needed to swing the club, are not strong enough to hold the clubface in the swing plane. GLG exercises will build the required muscles. Keeping the muscles strong will require working out 4-5 days a week for about a half hour. This is good for your general health, too.
